Christmas in July - Mini Album

I really wanted to make some sort of Mini Album for Christmas in July. I've made lots of December Albums in the past, and some for small occasions in the past as well. So, I really debated what type of album to make for this project. Sometimes there is nothing like a little mini flip-through album, with tags, random bits from the craft room, stuff that wasn't used in December, journal cards, all tied up with a metal binder ring, and some twine. They are messy, imperfect, chunky, and so fun to flip through!

So, I started my album and gathered some bits and bobs from my craft room. Of course, I used the journal cards from the July Jingle - bundle and got to work on cutting the elements on my silhouette portrait. I also cropped the solid papers in this kit down to 3x4in cards as well as added some craft paper tags that I also cut on my silhouette.

After cutting the elements from the July Jingle Bundle, I added some Acrylic pieces that I have stashed from Color Cast Designs, some Flair Buttons from my Flair Shop, some twine, tiny clothespins, foam alphas and anything I though paired with the kit well. You can grab anything you have on hand in the craft room! No need to buy anything for this project!

I think my favorite part of this kit is the Santa! How cute is this little guy! Make sure to follow along with me as I assemble my mini throughout July and do some of the things in the Christmas in July Ideas List. Wanna follow along? Here are some fun ideas that you can do to bring a little bit of magic to your July.
